What syncs to Mailchimp
- Contact details, including email address, first name, and last name
- Selected registration fields from each attendee's signup record
- The selected audience for synced contacts
- Configured tags for synced contacts
- Broadcast registration and attendance activity events
How it works
When someone registers for or attends a HeyStream broadcast, HeyStream updates the matching Mailchimp contact.
Your integration settings control which audience, tags, and registration fields are included when contacts sync.
HeyStream also sends registration and attendance activity to Mailchimp, giving your team clearer signals for timely follow-up.
Setup
Open Integrations in your HeyStream workspace settings.
Choose Mailchimp and enter your api key.
Enter your server prefix.
Find your API key in Mailchimp under Account and billing settings.
Choose the audience HeyStream should sync contacts into.
Add any tags you want applied to synced contacts.
Select the registration fields you want HeyStream to sync.
Save the integration and run a test sync before your next broadcast.
